About Kingston University

Kingston University London is a public research university located within the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames, in South West London, England. Its roots go back to the Kingston Technical Institute, founded in 1899. It received university status in 1992, before which the institution was known as Kingston Polytechnic.

The institution has campuses in and around Kingston, United Kingdom. It also has a campus in Friars Avenue, London, and another campus at Cranmer Terrace, London. It’s Penrhyn Road campus, Kingston Hill campus, Kingston School of Art at Knight’s Park and Roehampton Vale campus are linked together by the University’s free inter-site bus service.
